How to Generate Speech
Enter Your Text
Go to the TTS page and the Generator tab. Type or paste your Dhivehi text:
- Maximum 2000 characters per generation
- Real-time character counter displayed
- Built-in Dhivehi keyboard support
- RTL text input for proper Thaana display
Choose a Voice
Select your preferred voice from the dropdown menu:
- 5 female voice options
- 3 male voice options
- MMS TTS base model
- Each voice has unique characteristics
Check Credit Cost
Credits are calculated automatically:
- Formula: text.length × 0.01 credits
- Example: 500 characters = 5.00 credits
- Example: 150 characters = 1.50 credits
- 2 decimal precision for accurate billing
Generate Audio
Click "Generate" to start audio creation:
- Progress indicators show generation status
- Estimated time displayed
- Real-time updates during processing
- Credits deducted when generation starts
Play and Download
Once generated, you can:
- Play audio directly in the browser
- Download audio file for offline use
- Save to history automatically
